A broad range of inclusive services await you in our Hotel Hexenalm that give your holiday that certain something extra.
Good to know
The rooms will be ready after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and are available until 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. You can gladly use the wellness area on the day of departure for a special price of € 25.00 per person.
As a guest of the Hotel Hexenalm, you can park your car for free in front of the hotel and in the gondola car park. There is also a charging station for E-cars here.
You have free WLAN access in the entire hotel area as well as in the rooms and suites.
Our included culinary offering
In the Hotel Hexenalm you’ll have an optimal start to the day with a full breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with organic products, many healthy options and regional products. In the summer we also offer a small buffet from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. We also warmly welcome you with a welcome drink. In the evening you can enjoy our indulgent meals with 5 courses and a selection of main course or a themed buffet. Dinner is a very special event with us, so we would like to ask you to dress accordingly for dinner.
On Tuesdays you can round off your evening with our live music with Saxl Georg and there is always music in the hut with live music on Thursdays in the winter.
Included Wellness Services
Our spacious spa area with various saunas, steam baths and relaxation areas is free and exclusively for the use of our hotel guests. A bath bag with bathrobe and slippers awaits you in your room. Sauna towels are also freely available. You can help yourself to our tea bar with fresh water in the wellness area.
From 2022, our hotel guests will experience even more wellness moments in the Hotel Hexenalm thanks to the new pool landscape with kiddie pool, indoor pool and year-round heated infinity pool. You’ll also find an additional space to revive in the panorama relaxation room with a view of the Hohe Salve
Included Active Services
You can let your inner athlete out and train with the most modern devices in the new fitness room and yoga room. Take advantage of our activity and relaxation programme with offers such as yoga, guided hikes, cycling and mountain bike tours, Nordic walking tours, climbing tours, and much more.
In the summer, you can use the free Kaiserjet hiking bus from Söll to Going to start your mountain tours. You will find hiking and cycling maps, mountain lift and ski passes right at the reception.
Services included for kids
During the holiday periods we offer child care from Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. as well as babysitters on request (from € 20.00 per hour). The little ones can play on our playground with Hexenhaus, sand box and pedal vehicles and in the kids’ play room. Adolescent guests will certainly not be bored in our games room with billiards, table tennis and table football. There are also daily children’s and adolescent films in our kid’s cinema and we have a wide range of games to which you can help yourself. You can also make use of the varied child and youth programme according to the family programme of the tourism association.
All of our rooms are equipped with child-friendly interiors. We will gladly provide a crib, bottle warmer, changing pad and baby monitor that calls your mobile phone.
