The EU Commission offers you the option for online dispute resolution on one of the platforms its operates (so-called “OD platform”). The OD platform can serve as the contact points for out-of-court dispute resolution from online sales contracts or service contracts. This platform can be reached via the external link ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§ 1 Organizer
The competition is offered by Schirmbar Hexenzeit. Legal recourse is excluded. The data protection regulations as published on the homepage apply. If I give my consent, the personal details and data I provide will be stored within the hotel, processed in an automated manner and used for advertising purposes.

§ 2 Participation
The winner will be selected at random and contacted and notified by email or via the social media channels. Participation is in no way dependent on the purchase of services from Schirmbar Hexenzeit. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the rules of the competition. Participation is possible within the times specified in the competition. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their contact details. Participants must be of legal age. Children and young people can only take part instead of their legal guardians if they have given their express consent. In the event of a correct solution, the prize goes to the parents or legal guardians.

§ 3 Exclusion from the competition
Employees of Hexenalm Söll and the Hexenzeit umbrella bar as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not eligible to participate. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, the hotel reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition. Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. Anyone who provides false personal details may be excluded from the competition.

§ 4 Implementation and processing
The winner will be selected at random and contacted in writing by email or via social media channels within 14 working days of the closing date. The winner agrees to be notified directly by the hotel about his/her prize. We accept no liability for any technical problems that may occur during e-mail correspondence or during the registration process for the prize draw. The prize must be redeemed by the end of the year during regular opening hours. Later redemption is no longer possible. The prize can only be redeemed by prior arrangement and subject to availability. No cash redemption possible. The prize will not be paid out in cash and cannot be passed on to third parties. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. Legal recourse is excluded.

§ 5 Exclusion of warranty
The hotel points out that the availability and functions of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The application may be terminated and removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the hotel.

§ 6 Final provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Austrian law shall apply exclusively.
