By earlier check-out or delayed check-in the hole room fee will be charged.
All reservations must be canceled in a written form
All statements are open to disclosure
till 3 month prior to the arrival date there will be no charge for the cancellation
from 3 month till 1 month prior to the arrival date there will be 40% charged
from 1 month till 1 week prior to the arrival date there will be 70% charged
in the last week prior to the arrival date there will be 90% charged
Check-in begins at 02:00 pm
Check-out is 11.00 am
